How powerful is it when the mars/venus MP is activated in synastry for BOTH partners? Does it equate mars-venus DW?I want to hear your experience too if you ever had this MP activated by your partner. IP: Logged |

Hi vickymaddness In the synastry of my current partner, his Venus/Mars midpoint is conjunct my Venus. His Venus and Mars are also sextile my Venus. I feel a strong capatability with this man with my value system as well as my sexuality. There are still some things we don't see eye to eye on, but for the most part we enjoy each other's company and hold one another in high regard. I hope this helps.

It helps, midpoints are like glue. In and of themselves they mean nothing, but attach them to good synastry and they can mean a whole lot.I always revert to the basics first, look at the personal planet interactions. If you're asking about the Venus-Mars midpoint because you lack Venus to Mars connections otherwise then it is a great trigger, if there are enough connections elsewhere that are not absent. I, personally have Venus and Mars at an almost trine (10 degree orb) so for me the midpoint, forms a grand trine and has been quite a helpful chart trigger in synastry... No astrologer will give you a straight answer unless they see the chart ;-)
