Hey guys so I tried to find some info on vertex conjunct vertex in synastry as me and my fiance have it in our synastry. Any ideas on what it could mean?

It means the two people have the same time of birth. Which means they have Asc-Asc conjunction as well. It's a very nice feeling of having someone who understands you and gets you. The two partners will also go thru the planetary transits affecting their angles at the same time - when it's good it's great, when it rains - it pours.
