Hi All!I know that having positive aspects to personal planets is important for a potentially successful relationship. I see that here, his Moon and my Venus are not aspected at all. Should I be concerned that we will not have enough base to develop a close emotional bond? And we have so many squares - Sun/Mars, Moon/Pluto, Sun/Venus and Sun/Saturn squares Does that mean we will push each other buttons and will have some sort of emotional tag of war manipulation going on between us? PS I am in Blue, he is in Red. I don't know his time of birth. Mine is correct though.

His Moon makes a conjunction to your Neptune. What degree is it? Post the grid, I’m sure you have some aspects, you just can’t see them on the wheel. It looks like your Venus sextiles his Jupiter, a very supportive aspect, and his Sun squares your Venus.I also don’t see a Moon/Pluto square, it looks like a Moon/Uranus square. Sun/Mars in a love relationship can add a bit of spark to a relationship. IP: Logged |

I have a couple married friends where her Venus/Saturn conj. is unaspected, her Mercury is unaspected and her Moon only receives hard aspects from her partner. They've been together 9 years so far and have two children...so don't despair! Follow your heart. If it feels good, ignore the charts!IP: Logged |

Thank you for your input, LaceyLeigh. Here is the chart with the graph. Is this what you were asking? You are right, it's Uranus/Moon and either way, from what I've hear this square is not a good aspect... And where do you see my Venus sextile his Jupiter and his Sun squares my Venus? I don't see those...

Thank you for your encouragement, Margym. I know that one should not be heavily relying on a chart. But I am just curious to see if there is a potential. I like this man and always am interested in checking out my astro compatibility with people. It's a very new relationship though so only time can tell....I was just really discouraged when I saw all these hard aspects between major personal planets... IP: Logged |

Not knowing his birth time, it looks like he is definitely hitting your key points. He hits your chart ruler (Jupiter), and he is hitting your Mars (5th house ruler), and he's putting personal planets in your 7th and 8th. All relationships have their challenges, and how you handle them and what you are able to deal with is up to you. Relationships can withstand squares, and need them for growth. The unaspected venus... well it's not necessarily a killer. Same with the moon. But you need other aspects to help it. Mercury aspects and Sun are good for relationships too! I'd love to know his TOB so we can see his houses of course. I'm a Cap Moon like you and was with a Sag Moon for a while and it was challenging. We had a Moon Venus trine and Moon Neptune conjunction too and though we had a great connection, emotionally we just were vastly different.
That being said, I am from the standpoint of see where this takes you. People come in to your life for a reason. Just because this may not be permanent doesn't mean it won't be important. I learned what I needed from my partner in all of the things missing in previous relationships. IP: Logged |

Sorry, I meant the grid. If you click on “additional tables” it should show you the sun/venus, venus/Jupiter aspects. IP: Logged |

Thank you, Mereiposa. Of course I know that any relationship has challenges and it's a matter of overcoming those. I don't really know where to look to see that he is hitting my Jupiter and Mars, sorry not that astrology savvy. Would you say that we have more positive or more challenging aspects? Again, for some reason I am really focused on all those squares, especially Moon/Uranus, Uranus/Mars and Sun/Saturn squares.

Can anyone else add any details regarding the squares please? Do you see any positive aspects that would outweigh the negatives of the squares?IP: Logged |
