wow Venus/moon/node conjuction sextile to mars shows an instant and intense attraction.with the node your auras will sense each other and likely he will be totally enchanted with you as you wll cst a "spell" over him.but with mars conjunct to Neptune you must not let him take you for granted as another groupie.
he 12th house position also suggest he may have another significant other and want to keep this connection hidden.don't go for that option if presented.

the mental connection between you should blow him away from these selfish desire oriented expectations and behavior.

I definitely do not want to be seen as a groupie and don't have inclinations towards secret affairs at all. I am looking for establishing contact for a start and we'll see where it goes. He is secretive about his private life, though, and never really publicly displayed his romantic partners.

Interesting you mention "an asset to his professional life", because I was looking at his chart synastry with the event and it shows Uranus sitting on his Midheaven. Also with such deep mental connection I could probably be a good (un)professional therapist to him hahaha

There's a lot of poignant conjunctions in my chart synastry with the event too (I think), so if you could look at those. I included name asteroids in these, since in the multi-composite they are not aspected.
