node/vertex/ascendant conjunction is extremely karmic/cosmic.this is an aspect a strong psychic coaction as well as common visions and other worldly experiences and feelings. so I would thik tha he gas an underlying awe of you and him because of these amazing energies around you. but these alter reality aspects do not necessarily lead to stability in a relationship by themselves.

but there are favorable aspect for relationship starting with the spontaneous affection of the veus/sun/psyche stellium. psyche is nice to see here because it plays off the unreal energies that pass between you.the moon is sextile this stellium which adds a consciousness or realization of the emotional attraction between you and should be a stabilizing aspect.
mars is sextile to Jupiter,opposed to pluto and trine to Neptune. this is a veru good patter as it shows support, consideration and sensitivity to you and the relationship.it shows he is consistent in his affections.

the same problem arises though,as the Jupiter/Uranus and Jupiter/Saturn midpoints are square to venus and the sun. so the long term viability is uncertain.

you connection to him is much more substantial,but there is still the chance she could draw him away.it depends on him.

also just wanted to bump this thread to also say that I am now 50/50 on whether or not to break it up with him for good; I find my life less stressful and dramatic without him; on the other hand I know he will be a good choice for me as I get older

it seems very odd, and the fact that I have recently met this guy also makes things even more complicated perhaps

as always, only time will tell!

the new guy composite is very intense nd not as the mars/venus midpoint is opposed to Uranus and square to Jupiter. with the eros/psyche midpoint conjunct to mars ,he seems to be very romantic and attentive to you.the sun/venus midpoint is also part of the mix as this midpoint is opposed to Jupiter.these aspect all give a immediate and intense emotional connection and with Jupiter there is always the feeling of commitment or marriage in the mix.

the other side is that pluto is conjunct Lilith showing that there is a deep selfishness, not felt consciously which nevertheless portend that the compromises necessary for a long term relationship are doubtful. this selfishness is reinforce by the loose Saturn/Jupiter squares midpoint being conjunct the node/pluto midpoint. this could give a sense of past life connection but that still does not bode well for a present life relationship .

with the satrun/Neptune midpoint conjunct urnaus and opposed to chiron,one always has to wonder about the sincerity of the relationship. so often the immediate electricity does not lead to a substantial relationship the thrill is c gone.
also the venus/neptue midpoint is conjunct to the moon/mars oppsotion which oftenshows a sensual but unstable emotional attraction. most often this shows that socialization with other people is still a element of the relationship. all in all,one would have to see if time shows sincerity and not make rash commitments in the present.

the thing is urnaus is conjunct to juno with makes it part of the midpoint pattern and as such destabilizes the longterm potential. actually the juno/Uranus conjunction implies he is no really yuoir cup of tea,at least longterm.i thinkthis is also showby the venus.uranus midpoint conjunct to the moon which suggest you were really into him in the beginning but have since cooled.
mars with psyche does show him to be very romantic and sensitive to you.
the moon/sun midpoint with mercury does give a good mental rapport though.
but with mars/pluto midpoint square the sun, there may be a over possessive quality to the relationship that tends to weigh you down.

I don't know but the juno/Jupiter/Uranus/node pattern seem to show a marriage would be short lived and that seems to be the thrust of the relationship as you noted.
