This is a fun, loving and playful placement for the moon. You both will spark the playful and romantic side in one another. If other aspects allow( see variables of the aspects) this can be a highly romantic relationship.

This is the house of creative self-expression, play, love, and children so all these things will color your relationship.

Talk of children is possible, or at least you will have good relations with each other's children or the children of others.

You will enjoy your alone time in your own playful sandbox together. This is a very romantic and fun placement, where you will enjoy each other's company immensely.

He is more inspire to do fun things with me and asked "lets do something together!" -- His definition of fun would be gaming, puzzle/riddle solving. He would also consider what I enjoy doing -- food adventures, explore downtown, paint furnitures, etc.

5H also involve children and he was the first to bring up having children with me (2nd month dating). I think he is more excited about doing stuff together than I am -- Could be bc I preferred more alone time but I also prefer doing something outside the home life that can cause restless-ness for him. He gets grouchy, scary!

From this situation, it's hard to pinpoint who responds to wanting to do exciting and fun things together. It could be subtle from the beginning and became more transparent later on. This is also a fun house to have with friend's planet in your 5H. My friend's sun is in my 5H, I always enjoy hanging out with her. She inspires me to go out too and explore/have fun/be carefree - I find her fun to be with. I don't think there is a dull moment (could be on my side as the 5H) -- we pull jokes but I notice she would be the one usually asking to hang out. The house overlay, more I observe can be an exchanging energy. Someone just has to take the initiative to activate the planet to see it plays in the 5H.

Keep in mind, I am speaking solely about the planets in 5H. It might alter if other things are involved.

ChildofVenus, I definitely say you should go hang out with him if you want to. I think if you do so you will see the 5H plays out more as time progress. It's hard to say when if it hasn't happened. Esp if it is the moon.
