If he has his USA citizenship or doesn't want one, I would say he is head over heels with you.
(1) His Sun and Venus on your North Node

He doesn't want one. His wife is aware of the situation, and she doesn't mind because they are together strictly for appearances and financial reasons. She has a lover of her own. Would you please explain what these placements mean, and does it tell you how he sees/feels about me?
