It is very obvious from your description your views on life do not align. You would prefer a relationship style and a life that she is unable to give you. There is no problem with the way she chooses to live her life, it is her choice after all, but it is obvious it upsets you. To that point, it really bothers me when people blame an aspect in their chart for any one behaviour - "Gemini Venus" - well I know plenty who are in committed, faithful relationships. It is her choice to act in this manner, and a choice that likely stems from a lifetime of incidents that have shaped her way of thinking...but only you would know her personal history.

It seems as though she is content with where she is at and has no interest in changing her ways to suit you. I am surprised you would profess deep love to someone you cannot get a solid commitment from, especially being a Scorpio. That sign is usually the most hesitant to get into "wishy-washy" situations (however we haven't seen the rest of your chart). I would question whether your feelings are that of true love, or obsession...and it almost drives you a little mad.

Ultimately you are a willing participant in this arrangement and can end it at any time. I think you need to seek answers from within yourself instead of validation from the rest of us.

If you want to look at it from another perspective, perhaps YOU are the one being deceitful in this relationship...you being the man (Mars) have come to this forum because you are having doubts about the relationship. Her being the woman (Venus) is seen as being wild, unpredictable and hard to pin down (square Uranus) but also maybe a touch idealistic about your relationship together because she sees something in you that makes her want to try (trine Neptune).
