Basically the Moon is suppose to support the Sun.. it's all about the Sun, and what the Sun wants in life... -_-'

What about the moons needs?
LOL

So is sun/moon synastry projects spouse like behavior?

I read a good and lasting relationship is when the mans sun is in the same sign as the woman's moon because it promotes good conmunication

------------------
I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate?

when organic is used to describe food then you know we have come to a dark age in history

Hm. I dunno.

My husband's Moon and my Moon are trine, and his Moon is sextile my sun.

My moon doesn't aspect his sun at all, but my Venus is trine his Sun. And I'm sure I've mentioned my poor, contradictory Venus (opp Pluto and a Yod with Moon and Uranus).

I tend to be significantly more self-centered in our relationship, and that sucks.

Meh. That's all I got.

Sun person lights the way and the Moon person supports and nourishes the Sun’s aims, goals and objectives. The Moon is understanding, comforting, and plays an emotionally supportive role in the relationship.Moon loves warmth of the Sun and feels reflective, contemplative and warmed in their presence, and feels safe expressing their vulnerable side. In turn, the Sun person has finally found someone who can be there for them, and the Moon person creates a container for the Sun’s growth.

I've read somewhere that the male partner with the Moon in aspect to her Sun would make a domesticated husband, and would submit to the wife. Men feel more comfortable with their Sun and Mars, and in general are not in touch with their Moon or Venus.

My thoughts exactly! Haha.

I don't like being the Moon in a Moon / Sun aspect cause you can just feel that the Sun person will want to dominate in some way.
Unless it goes both ways.. (dw).

I dunno, maybe the flowing aspects aren't so bad. The conjunction can go either way.

There's something quite irreplaceable in Moon/Sun contacts though.. the energy is very unique, and I think it's quite essential to a good relationship, although it's not always present between people, of course.

I've known a couple with that too. They are a bit older than me. We worked together for 3 months. He has Sun and Mars in Aries and Moon in Cancer and she has Sun Taurus, Mars Cancer, Venus Aries and Moon Pisces. His Mars is conjunct her Venus and square her Mars. Her Sun is sextile his Moon (don't know the orb). Long story short they met 10 years ago or so when he started working for her, left his wife and 3 children, long divorce (doesn't even answer to his ex wife's phone calls, just calls the kids when he wants to pick them up), they recently had a child together a year or so (she's 40 and he's 50 years old). Before he used to be nobody and he tried to advance his career. She is richer than him and is very well known. Now she takes him to fancy dinners with the VIP.

I have two friends, both sun Tauruses with Leo moons and I get along great with them. I have moon in Taurus with their suns, they have their moons with my Venus sign, so there's two compatibility factors in our synastry, at the very least.
I also have a really close sun Leo friend. You would think, based on sun/moon synastry, the Leo friend would be drawn to or become friends with the two Leo moons instead of me since I only have Venus there. That never was the case. In fact, one of my Taurus friends didn't like the Leo sun much from the get go.
The Taurus sun sees her as overbearing. There's too much competition despite the moon connection. I find sun in Leo likes to compete.

My question is, how can you count conjunctions in Leo involving the sun as good synastry when sun in Leo likes to be the main one? Synastry could be far more complicated than making general statements like "sun and moon in conjunction means good synastry."

Even Leo wants someone to love. Its what Leo lives for. So someone that let's him take charge and feel secure, who doesn't mind him looking at other women for the mere appreciation of beauty and knows he will be faithful

Leo can find love but it doesn't have to mean a conjunction with sun in Leo. It can mean other synastry aspects. Sun and moon might not always be in their best interests. Maybe it depends on their signs and aspects, too?

Synastry Leo sun conjunctions tend to be competitive ime.

Of course. You have to look at all things in a chart. Like your Taurus sun friends would naturally not like your Leo sun friend even though their moons are in Leo

They also may have other aspects that are too incompatible with the Leo sun

Personally I have nothing against Leo suns and I'm a Leo moon person

This is true for us. Adding to that, my husband is a Leo with Sag AC. I know that it can be difficult for him to deal with me, as I am a pretty demanding person to live with. We can both be pretty impossible.

We're both the kind of people who no one would ever have pictured all "settled down" and raising a family, staying with one person, but in spite of our head butting (my Leo AC conjunct his sun), there's a lot of love in our relationship and our home life.

(Off topic)
His Saturn squares my Sun and Moon by 2 degrees, my Saturn in loose opposition to his Moon, and my Pluto and Venus square his Moon.

My Venus is trine his Sun, Venus, and Vertex, his Moon conjuncts my Vertex.

So...there's the Sun/Moon thing, and there are other things. I like to fancy that we've been brought together for a purpose, as it has certainly always felt that way, even with the hard Pluto aspects, which are irritating.

Anyhoo, something to chew on if you want to.

Got a double whammy Sun/Moon square with my boyfriend. His Sun in Gemini is square my Pisces Moon and my Sun in Leo is square his Taurus Moon. Definitely the most emotional relationship I've been in but also feel emotionally supported. Just goes to show that even hard aspects can be dynamic and energizing.
