Topic: Composite Doom: Saturn in 4th House???

I am wondering if there are any "positive" interpretation out there for composite charts that have saturn in the 4th house? Does it spell doom and gloom for a couple who want to live together/move in together and start a family together? For those who have seen a relationship work out with Saturn in composite 4th house - were there any specific reinforcing or challenging aspects going on with Saturn in the composite charts? Everything depends, what aspects Saturn make, what house Saturn rules, plus aspects of other planets. It's better to post chart, cause you will hear different opinions. Some will say it can bring maturity and responsibility in home life, while others that Saturn will bring coldness, misunderstanding and different home life views. And yes, it can bring both situations, but in what way it will turn depends on aspects and other things.IP: Logged |

Thanks for your input! Below are two composite charts of different couples. Both have saturn in the 4th house but my question is: Would Saturn being in the house translate to hardships living together for either of these couples? Hi, well both charts are critical in my opinion.In 1st chart Saturn is in square with all planets in 7th house of partnership, including Jupiter (it's very important these two planets to be in good aspects between each other and with other planets, especially personal ones), at the same time is in square with Mars ruler of 1st and Sun. Uranus is in 7th in conjunction with NN and square to Saturn. All planets in 7th are in Scorpio. Moon is in Aquarius and doesn't have any positive aspect, plus is ruler of 4th. A lot of ups and downs in relationship, even I can see jealousy and possessiveness here, no respect to each other, struggles and different life values. Physical attraction and sexual tension yes, but that's all positive I can see here. Also as Mars represents man, from the Composite aspects, he can be egoistic, self centered, detached and in my opinion woman here would suffer more. 2nd chart is a bit softer, but again not so nice. Saturn again in 4th and in Scorpio, making only squares. He is co ruler of 7th and plus in square to Venus, also in square to Sun ruler of 1st which sits on AC, so Saturn also square AC at the same time. A lot of attraction here again, as these two have Pluto conjunct Moon in Scorpio and square Venus, and will not say it's something bad, it can bring strong sexual attraction and a bit of jealousy if there is more aspects like this in chart but Scorpio is strong here and Saturn in this sign with all these squares in 4th house is problem. Co ruler Mars in square to Neptune, can bring also illusions and hope until they realize it doesn't work. Saturn is very important in synastry and Composite, if has a lot of hard aspects, especially squares and especially with personal planets, important rulers and Venus, it's matter of time when the relationship will break.
