"The Moon represents our needs, instincts and private feelings. It is when the Moon person is being their most natural and vulnerable self that Saturn stands there shaking his or her head in disapproval. Saturn can come across as unsympathetic and showing a deeply uncaring response to the Moon, but there are usually fears and inhibitions standing in the way of a more natural response." I have this with a co-worker, she likes me and wants to get close to me but I keep my distance and have this guard up. We have a good relationship in spite of this but yes there is this dynamic of her pulling towards me and me keeping distance to a point. Part of the reason I keep my guard up is because deep down I feel she wouldn't accept the real me. Something along those lines. But this aspect is pushing my comfort zone and helping me grow. I think I am learning to be myself in spite of my insecurities bc she models that for me. Its a difficult aspect but it leads to growth. Saturn learns to loosen up and accept Moon and be less critical of the moon person and instead learn from her. That is actually quite powerful. IP: Logged |

If there's a trine between them Saturn is generally very loyal to the moon and takes their feelings seriously.IP: Logged |

I have a question about Saturn, what if my saturn has one aspect to this person but his Saturn makes 5 aspects in synastry? I've heard Saturn assure longevity in a relationship so that means we won't last ? IP: Logged |

Are you saying their Saturn is sextile or conjunct your Moon in synastry? It can't be both. The trine, sextile, and conjunction for Moon-Saturn is typically very good. The conjunction can start off with problems but ultimately breakthrough to powerful relationships if handled correctly. I would assume that the Saturn provides for the Moon but you would need to look at the rest of the chart to see if that is something they would even care enough to do or even think of. Alternatively, the moon person might encourage the Saturn to be more emotionally stable and honest with themselves, the Saturn can encourage the Moon to be more mature and less self-destructive/manipulative. It is in this way that you can possibly see the Saturn providing for the Moon. Saturn does not want to see the Moon hurt or in another one of their destructive moods so they will do everything they can to ease the waters for them until they can get back on their feet. But Saturn won't baby you for long, that is true.... These are very nice aspects to have between Moon-Saturn. Trine, sextile, and conjunction. You help each other achieve positive growth in the most important areas of life. You can become each other's rock. IP: Logged |

It doesn't mean that he'll probably just take the relationship more seriously. I guess maybe he could be the one who is more committed in the relationship.
