I feel that my Kaali on my AC sextile Mercury in Virgo Retro square Lilith on my IC with mercury parallel and novile pluto is saying "I am the only one that has control over my mind" or "I am the master, ruler and queen of my mind, don't you dare try to manipulate me, brainwash me or control my mind, you will find the Kaali in me and feel my wrath."

Mars on my mercury would feel too invasive, very stimulating on a positive note but can go from stimulating to too invasive if Mars is not careful and will bring out my Kaali and Kaali is intense believe me, the goddess of destruction.

Asteroid Name: Kaali
Named After: The Hindu Goddess of Time and Empowerment
Asteroid #: 4227 (type it in in the additional asteroid section in Astro.com).

If Pluto is the masculine, physical destruction and transformation, Kaali is the female, emotional/mental destruction, manipulation, and mind control.

Pluto is obvious control, Kaali is psychological influence.

Kaali is one bad bi*ch.

Do Kaali and Pluto go together? How has Kaali played out in synastry with you?

My ex lover has Sun square my Kaali on my AC which as I mentioned sextiles my mercury.

I stopped talking to him bc I felt he was trying to control my mind subconsciously. He was giving me advice and I told him I did not want advice and he kept going and going and going, he did not respect that intellectual boundary I clearly set. The Kaali in me came out and cut him off, I stopped talking to him, Kaali is intense.

I remember as a child my sister and I were in my parents room in their bed and I guess she was in the mood to mess with my MIND, I can't remember at all what she said to me, I blacked out bc it triggered me and anger took over my body.

Is like my Kaali on my AC square Lilith on my IC took over me and even though I was just a skinny kid and she was a teenager clearly bigger than me, we are 7 years apart, I got on top of her and overpowered her, she was very surprised.

I wish I could remember what she said.

My sister's Sun trines my Kaali EXACT, her Jupiter opposes my Dark Moon Lilith by 3d, her Venus sextiles my Dark Moon Lilith exact.

Last, Her Nessus conjuncts my Dejanira but widely thankfully by 10d, they don't parallel.

OMG so essentially I have a Tsquare with Kaali on my AC opposite Dark Moon Lilith forming a tsquare with Lilith on the IC. My angles, Lilith and Dark Moon Lilith are all points so I feel them through my Kaali or when activated by Transit.

Tr Jupiter is opposing exact my Dark Moon Lilith activating that tsquare, I feel I am reconnecting with my power and gaining a deeper understanding of this tsquare.

I remember as a child feeling I had a lot of power in me waiting to be untapped, I could feel this power, perhaps when I noticed this there was a transit activating that tsquare.

I figured out my Kaali is at 5 degrees Leo. It’s exactly conjunct my bf’s Sun. It’s also conjunct my Sun by 3 degrees.

That’s crazy. That’s why I always felt like I had so much potential and I could do literally anything.

This is literally me in my head most of the time :

I wonder what Sun conjunct Kaali in synastry means though. I hope it doesn’t mean I’m trying to control my bf. That’s the last thing I ever wanna do.

We have:

My Kaali conjunct his Sun (exact)
My Sun square his Kaali (by 5 degrees)
My Kaali trine his Pluto (by 4 degrees)
My Kaali opposite his Uranus (by 1 degree)

hahhahahhahah Solar I adore you lol

In synastry it can be great for sex, hot! But if he crosses a boundary with you he will wake up your kaali the wrong way. He should focus on waking it up the right way (sex) hahahaha

That is the sense that I get with Kaali

Kaali can use its power to control but I think usually they don't because they don't like to be controlled themselves so tend to be overly mindful around that and see the importance of not misusing their power on others.

Controlling my partner is the last thing I want to do or anyone. I like to empower people to use their mind and make their own decisions without been influenced by others or without been influenced by the media or the school system or politics or religion.

I know it sounds crazy but everything I mentioned I feel has power over the minds of the masses.

Kaali can also be mind control, because of its ability to slay. If things are chaotic, how do we fix them? We control them. And since Kaali focuses on mental reform, it can just as easily become mental control. Is there a person that you want to do everything for (even though they might drain you), and can’t seem to leave (no matter how much they upset you)? They could have Kaali conjunct a planet of yours, or they could just be this way naturally, with Kaali conjunct their own Sun, Moon, Mercury, Mars, Venus or Angle (Ascendant, Midheaven, Descendant, Nadir).

Anyone can rule, but if you want people to like that you’re doing it, it doesn’t hurt to have the ability to control others perception of you, have insane influence, and survive all attacks. Kaali makes that happen.

Ooow that is great man ^^, I have Kaali exactly conjunct my Venus haha. I guess you're also familar with it on an angle Hypatia

A guy I already know for 24 years now came back into my life last week... he's from Polen and we can hardly understand each other with words (still the same as it always was!) and I alwyassssss want to touch him, hug him.. and he's always pulling back (full Cap u know! they don't like to be hugged out of nowhere, suddenly/spontaneously, publicly! which only generates the bigger need for me to do it u know haha) until the moment he's confident enough to firmly hug me back, like only a true cap can! We had such a past man, ... it was nice and verrry natural/spontaneously.. never "true dates" (I declined i guess, always afraid to be "overruled" by him or something) although he always dreamed about me and was so in love with me (told me yesterday.. I get the impression he sort of still is) .. I feel young again because of him these days... his Kaali is exactly conjunct my Mars!

He's thinking about introducing me to his polish wife! WOW...

Btw, we had some great sex moments together back in the days. "Timing" was^always GRRREAT! (ofcourse, pure nature, no rules or Whatever)

A note on my relationship life: Always bad and big drama (never could handle the "rules" that came with it I guess, too much imposed from above // although I think I finally can these days )

Manipulating in matters of love and confidence: Venus. Ahum.. am I?

@ I'm glad he's married, I even feel more open now with him. I simply do not want to be restricted in any way - by him.

Thank you for sharing Mir.

In my case my Kaali sextile Mercury gave me the ability early on in my life to pick up on manipulation tactics but I refuse to use that to manipulate others. Now I still can influence others psychologically bc my Kaali is on my AC but as a counselor I like to think I am using that influence in a positive way.

Synastry wise I get what you mean. I had my AC conjunct Kaali fall on this guy's Pluto and Mercury and he was captivated by me, I did seem to have a strong influence on me, I wouldn't say mind control bc I was not trying to control him or his mind, but he was hooked on me, mesmerized.

My ex his Kaali conjuncted my Agapenor and formed a grand trine with my Sun (1d) and my alma conjunct lust (exact). Add that his Sun sextile his Kaali. He did have power over me, I will always love him. Interestingly his Agapenor conjuncts my Kaali and AC. We have power over each other in the sense that we will always love each other, in this case the power is merging with agapenor so it manifests in a powerfully beautiful way. It might be why I was able to surrender to falling in love with him, I feel I have only truly "fallen in love" all the way once, I surrendered (his kaali conjunct my agapenor trine my sun) my soul (alma) through the power of sex (lust). His Kaali applying itself to my sun-agapenor-alma conjunct lust grand trine was very powerful indeed.

With that ex lover whose Sun squared my AC conjunct Kaali I felt for him a little, it was a close call. His Kaali squared my Venus exact and my mars by 1d, his kaali conjuncted my Psyche.

Falling in love is surrendering to someone's power over you and kaali allows this to happen willingly. Its a beautiful thing. Kaali I feel is an important ingredient to falling in love.

But I feel is a double edge sword, it can facilitate falling in love and creating something beautiful but it can just as easily flip and destroy it.

I think Kaali in aspect to alma or psyche in synastry makes you want you surrender your soul to the other, very hot.

1. Osiris SEPTILE Isis
2. Eros Trine Psyche Exact
3. Priapus Grand Trine with Kaali and Osiris which septiles Isis.

My Mars and Venus in Leo fall on Kaali's Kaali.

My mom has Kaali conjunct sun by about 5 degrees but her Kaali parallels her Sun too. I witnessed kaali and its ability to manipulate early on lol. I have told her numerous times in her life she is controlling and manipulative but she always denies it. She is not able to control me, I think when sun conjunct Kaali meets AC conjunct Kaali Sun cannot control AC.

I think she excuses it in her mind bc she feels she is doing good and genuinely does not realize it bc is so ingrained in her and automatic.

I think if you are aware of your power though you are less likely to abuse it, I think she means it when she says she is not controlling or manipulative, total lack of awareness. She just knows she means well.

Someone's Eros conjunct Kaali and Abundantia falls on my AC conjunct Kaali and sextiles my mercury and yes it feels like he is trying to control my my mind, add that their Mars is on my Mercury which sextiles Kaali. I think the abundantia and mars push it over the top and make it feel like that. Essentially he has Eros-Kaali-Abundatia sextile Mars activating my mercury. Thankfully I have a strong mind.

So I think yes Kaali can feel like mind control too but not always, it can feel like a lovely strong influence that is welcomed too, I feel it depends.

@Mir

I have a theory that Mars aspect Kaali can feel too invasive, especially if you have Jupiter or Abundantia playing into it but if you do welcome the connection I imagine it can be quite amazing and powerful but there is this thin line with this aspect that can be easily crossed.

I imagine his Kaali conjunct your Mars is hot but very touchy, neither wanting to relinquish control, leading to power struggles. Feeling the other is trying to dominate the other but also there been sexual attraction and tension and potential for great sexual release.

This rings true. I have been trying to riddle out my natal Mars/Kaali conjunction and realized it is opposite this guy's Mars (by 4*), which is in turn exactly conjunct my Siva. THEN his Kaali is exactly on my South Node. My Mars/Kaali is more exactly opposite his Nessus (meanwhile, my Nessus is exactly on his Venus/Lilith). His Siva/Pluto are opposite my sun, my Pluto on his moon.

It seems like a cluster**** of power struggles and what you said here sounds like it. First it was like I invaded his space, then he was attracted and invaded mine, I pushed away, he forgot and then realized I excluded him, chased, it's just been a lot of extremely subtle power struggles and feeling invaded or like an accidental invader. Thin lines easily and unintentionally crossed! I hate this guy!!

quote:
From Truth in Aspect Astrology:
Kaali often denies those she loves what they desire most. There is method behind this madness. In a state of lack, one has the ability to reflect on what it is they are really about, discern what is most important and focus. The material world is a distraction. Kaali asks that one's eye be kept on the prize; that of eternal wisdom.

I feel this has definitely been the case. I thought I wanted this guy, but in the state of lack, I was able to reflect and observe and realize what my true desires are. I've been able to redirect my focus, yes, to eternal wisdom. I've learned to discern!

Hypatia, thank you for sharing this topic. I need to read this thread fully. I'm going to share my situation.

You're quote "Kaali is one bad bi*ch."
Has my 😂 so much. He and I started out in a good way on our platforms but the s. tension built up and I created a vid where I addressed him, referring to myself as a "bad bit*ch". We constantly laugh at that too.

I really overlooked this but tbh (twin/I) our Pluto energy is over the top. I was believing it was all that. Yet his kaali is Cnj my Uranus. His Kali also is parallel my 5th house. This explains more than just our Pluto(+Venus) dynamics.
The incredible effect on one another from 3000+ miles is beyond compression. I mean if it weren't for astrology I'd be further in quandary.

....
I'll add specific kali Info from my studies here:
Mine is in Pisces, his is Libra.

I'm curious regarding a Moon opposite the kaali of the other.
We aspect another opposition (his) Kaali/Mars. (Mine)

We have a push/pull and he can be extremely jealous which I hope may wear down. We are very in synch in many ways.

..
In our midpoint: kaali is in Sagittarius.
(0) trine our Sun.. contra parallel our 5th. BiQ both our Venus/Mars. (our Mars/Venus are near exact).

Davidson: Kaali opposite and square our AC/MC.

MoonMystic, I was going to say the push/pull does sound like Pluto stuff, especially with any moon or Mars, but the Kaali oppositions must also contribute like you say. There is probably great potential for kundalini awakening or tantra. But maybe it would be traumatic due to the hard aspects. Not something to force for sure.

Kali is considered the great primordial mother goddess I thought? She would also have a nurturing quality, right?

Maybe when young this comes out as a young earth would, all volcanos and destruction to build but then with time an easing of the tension?

I assume in relationships it would be a struggle for the Kali wanting to grow and create which can be seen as totally destroying what already exists making it a struggle for dominance?

Before Pluto Ereshkigal was the ruler of the underworld as well so I think Pluto presents as quite feminine in nature, makes sense being in the feminine element: secrets, manipulation, creation from darkness, etc. I think both Kali and Pluto would struggle against eachother, land grabbing, etc in a relationship.

I have Kali parallel my descendant but I also have Pluto in my 7th house so I'm not sure if I could pick out their respective influences.

Have you checked your declinations as well?

That is so interesting. I do not like telling people what to do, because I do not like being told what to do. And some people get the wrong idea because I don't try to boss and dominate others that I want to be told what to do and that I want advice. I always thought it was mercury in the 12th house that made me more stubborn than I let on.

A lot of the times I feel like with people if I did not say it like a total beeotch, than I did not say anything at all.
