I haven't had a lot of personal experience with this, but based on someone else's chart I looked at...if what's going on between you now feels mutual, as in, you're both equally interested/attracted/connected, then it might allow you greater intimacy if you can both be very, very careful with one another's feelings.

But--if this is a one-sided or lopsided interest or attraction--as in, you're feeling really obsessed, he's not?--then run like the wind! It's easy for Moon-Pluto to give off the illusion of instant emotional intensity when there's not real history or compatibility to back it up. It's different from Neptune's illusion/delusion, which is about wanting to merge (even with a mirage)...it's about emotional power. Pluto can get mean.

Writesomething, can you share your experience? I've been eyeing a Moon-Pluto relationship and the rumors are frightening me.

This is very interesting as i do sometimes worry about the fact that everyone in my generation Pluto conjuncts my Moon in Scorpio the 7H which is often associated with projection. I often think i maybe a magnet for some of the Moon-Pluto relationship traits mentioned. Also Pluto Libra generations Pluto (third decan) will sit right on top of my DC.

A relationship you'll never get over (I had that in my last relationship)Pluto opposing my 8th moon. As I was told, make sure you're ok with that.

i dunno. we have this one. (not a double whammy, but an opposition. me pluto, him moon). i feel a lot of intensity between us, but nothing that feels disrespectful. definitely a strong emotional closeness, and maybe even with an obsessive component. if you can handle the energy of the opposition (keep a balanced perspective) you should be fine, if you want that kind of energy, i think.

My Moon is square a crush's Pluto by 0*. It feels like there may have been some emotional intensity from them. It definitely feels intense for me - too much so.

I feel they've disappeared without a good-bye and have become uncontactable.

I have never been able to talk about my feelings with them. I feel certain there may have been feelings from them. But I fear I may never know.

almost every words u guys mentioned here are TRUE, and yes, im running, i ran a few times but always went back for some positive stuff, (sex, good conversation, and the loving feeling)
but since my moon is being square by his pluto, i feel that i only receive love when i LISTEN to him, or else, he put me in an emotional, power game, which i can do without, i really loves freedom
im actually wanna cut off all ties as of today........

Different vibe for me ~ a friend and I have Moon Conjunct Pluto around the same degree. Very nice, an instinctive understanding of how each other feels, never have to explain. Never had an emotional conversation, no need. We're in tune.

What about Moon OPPOSING Pluto in synastry? Does it produce similar effects to the square? If you've experienced this aspect with someone I'd love to hear your take on it..especially if you were the Moon person.

I have what I guess you call a double whammy with my Capricorn friend and we both have Moon/Puto aspects in our natal charts(mines is Pluto trine Moon, his is Pluto conjuct Moon) and in synastry my Pluto conjucts his Moon in Scorpio and then his Pluto in Scorpio trines my Moon in Pisces which my moon is in his 8th house. For the Composite there's a Pluto sextile Moon.

Talking to him the other day gave me great relief knowing he feels what I feel and understands because I really thought I was going crazy and there was something wrong with me. I've never been interested in a guy like Im interested in my Cap friend but at the same time Im deathly afraid of him because that means all of me will be "exsposed" to him making me vulnerable which is something Im not use to but I think Im suppose to learn something from him due to all the Saturn too.

As for the intensity, it's great in small doses but too much can be suffercating and overwhelming thus why I wanted to stay away from him but I don't see myself ever being fully away from him but were ok apart and we respect eachother's space. When we see eachother, we just pick off where we left but in the beginning it was tiresom and frustrating because I didn't understand what was happening but now that I'm starting to understand Astrology everything is sorta mutual between us like peanutbutter and jelly.

My Pluto conjuncts my Scorpio wife's Moon exact. Thanks to knowing astrology, I refused the planetary impulses to control her in any emotional way.
She still loves me like a lovestruck teenager on her first crush, 2+ years after marriage and inspite of our 7 year age difference. Any sort of control or mindgames and she would have been resentful.
So thats the solutiion to this double whammy: just let it go, avoid control games, avoid reactions, respond with a kiss etc.

Two Monkeys pick at each other's ticks. And this in Monkey language is bonding or affection.

The mutual aspect affects my cousin and I like this i.e I examine your issues. And you examine mine etc.

My Pluto trines his Moon in Pisces. His Pluto squares my Moon.

If someone has Moon in hard aspect with Pluto natally and someone's else Pluto is making hard aspect with his Moon then the Moon person won't feel anything special.. the Pluto person will go crazy though. Imagine how many people's Pluto is in hard aspect with that person's Moon since Pluto is moving sloow.
So I think that it is one sided in that case. I have pluto square Venus and Mars natally and I feel nothing when I have it with someone in our synastry.
It will be the Pluto person eho feels it so make sure that his Pluto makes a hard aspect with any of your personal love planetd so that the other person will be obsessed too.

I had my natal Pluto trine someone’s Moon and their natal Pluto squared my natal moon. It was amazing, but also hell. I was infatuated with him, and I wanted to understand everything about him. He was however extremely detrimental to my emotions, and he literally ripped me apart. Moon square Pluto is in my opinion one of the worst synastry aspects, and if you have a Moon-Pluto double whammy you need to step away. It’s extremely hard because you feel this magnetic pull to them, but it if Moon and Pluto make a detrimental aspect it will be hell. I’ve had a double whammy of Moon trine Pluto in synastry and it was wonderful, intuitive, powerful and loving, it was one of my favorite aspects, but I wouldn’t try it if there was a negative aspect and one positive. The malific energy is just too strong
