Can a conjunction between the moon and Neptune indicate addiction(for lack of a better word) to each other? Or dependency on the eotions that we stir when we are together?

We don't have any strong Pluto aspects but there is this pesky aspect that just compels us to keep in touch with each other. Communication is like a drug for us.

Has anyone had this aspect in a relationship before? How did it play out?

I should mention that the composite Moon/Neptune sits on my natal conj Neptune/IC and on his natal conj Neptune/Mars.

Neptune IS classic addiction. So, yes, it's possible.

a single aspect is almost worthless to comment on unless the entire chart is show,

I noticed that the Davison Chart is basically his progressed chart. It's interesting although I am not really sure what it means
