i'm not that experienced in synastry readings so any comment on this is appreciated

i met this man at work end of last year and noticed that we both stare at each other but there was no communication now he moved in my department and we are colleagues
i'm really careful with fling on my work i feel a connection and some kind of interest but i stay distant at the moment

so now i run a synastry chart to know if this could be something more stable

his moon touches my dc and sun mars and mercury are in my 7th house so i see him as a possible commitment

his sun conjunct my venus and my pluto so there should be also some intensity from his side

his venus conjunct my uranus also show attraction

moon trine moon emotional understanding
but his moon square my mars tension and conflict
we have also mars square mars and no venus mars contacts :/

we have some node contacts i've never experienced them before in synastry

my moon conjuncts his nn
his moon conjuncts my sn
his mercury conjuncts my sn
his mars conjuncts my sn

are there any opinions about this moon contacts? does this look like a flibg or something more serious?

He's not hitting your Saturn though, except an inconjunct to his Sun? So I feel like the stability here could be subjective. His Saturn conjuncts your MC, but will this bind?

I think you are aware of the connection and the meaning of the aspects you two share. The real question for you is will this be a fling or more, and since it is work, you don't really know that you want a fling. I do feel this has potential. How long it lasts will be determined once you get in to it.
