We got a new co-worker a few weeks ago. She's significantly younger than me but we seem to have clicked instantly. But then I've caught myself feeling kind of almost suffocated(?) by the connection like I need some space. But I also feel like she needs some sort of guidance as she's not very close to her mom and she's new to the area and doesn't really have any friends yet.

I asked about birth details & it didn't surprise me too much what I found out. I don't think I've ever had moon conjunct Pluto in composite let alone in Scorpio of all places. I don't know what to make of it. In syanstry my moon and mars fall in her 8th house where her sun is and I seem to have developed a bit of a "girl crush" on her. I'm wondering if with all of this 8th house energy will this "work friendship" end up crashing and burning.

What do you guys think?

Since I mentioned it I might as well post the syanstry too..

It's a 1 degree applying orb...that's bad huh?

It’s a tough one. You can be SO immediately drawn to one another — major kindred vibe — but the tiniest little thing can blow the whole thing sky high.

There’s karma, and a soul connexion. EVERYTHING must be taken into account though, of course.

What's up with that moon counjuct pluto in Scorpio in the composite? Is it mainly jealousy? I've already felt a bit of it. Not sure if she's ever felt that way about me, but I've had to catch myself because she tends to garner a lot of male attention wherever she goes because she's quite attractive and as you can see with my chiron conjucting my sun in Taurus I have painful issues surrounding men and the lack of attention I get from them.

I think because it's work (and I just don't feel like getting hurt) I will probably have to limit it to keeping it strictly a work thing no matter much of a "connection" we have.
