If a synastry chart (or composite) contains some heavy squares or oppositions between saturn/uranus/neptune to the personal planets (sun/moon/venus/mars), what can neutralise and stabilise this? Sometimes I can meet someone and easily feel an instant attraction, but if I then find out we have some of these heavy afflictions, it can really put a damper on my feelings, only because it makes me doubt the longterm potential. Even though an immediate attraction seems real, Sun square Uranus in synastry as an example just makes me feel it is only very temporarily, and will fade out quickly! Would it be enough to balance such an aspect, if you had sun-saturn, venus-saturn or the like? And if you have some really heavy square between saturn and mars, or uranus and mars, what could really neutralise this? Some easy aspect between Sun/Moon/Venus/Mars? IP: Logged |

I think house placements matter. In terms of Uranus afflictions, I think soft Saturn contacts help out to calm things down, adding stability. With Saturn squares though (especially Saturn sq Venus), I'm not sure what helps. I'd like to hear other's ideas... Do positive Neptunian influences help with Saturn? (To soften the hard realistic edges? lol) IP: Logged |
