Me and my partner have Venus in Leo trine Pluto in Sag exact in our composite. Any Pluto aspects denote change, and that's exactly what happened. We were both commitment-phobes before we met the second time and got to know each other. We tried to keep a casual polyamorous relationship, but we couldn't keep it up. The pull towards each other is so strong, we just couldn't be not together. Even when we tried to deny the feelings, it caught up to us. We actually broke up for a month and he broke up with everyone else in between too. We got back together and became monogamous. We're going into our third year together and that love is still there, even though we're going through rough times right now.

I'm not saying this is how it will turn out for everyone, but passion and transformation is one of the common themes associated with this aspect. Unlike the hard aspects, it doesn't denote toxic obsession or possessiveness (unless other aspects modify it).

We also have a loose grand fire trine with Moon conjunct Saturn in Aries trining the two. The Saturn aspects really help keep the passion stable.

Venus-Pluto in composite is a type of relationship that you cannot keep casual, not even with the hard aspects. Watch out for squares or oppositions from Uranus or Neptune. That may indicate instability or delusion.

Mind you though, I only experienced this with my partner when we already were close.

Wow. You're experience sounds very similar to mines because when we first started dating we kept it to only friends with benefits and didnt think nothing of it but as time started passing, our feelings became uncontrollable to the point of me not being able to stay away from him even after telling him I wanted us to not speak anymore. It's been impossible to stay away from each other and the pull only gets stronger..

Btw do you feel like the feelings are still passionate after 3 years or did it summer down some?

That's amazing. There's definitely a trend here.

The feelings are still here tbh. I still get the fuzzies around him. Like I told him a few nights ago, I feel like getting shot multiple times in the chest when I look at him.

I'm not sure how it will be years from now, but this is how it is so far. Passion still burning. I am hoping Saturn will help with longevity in the next few decades.

Awww I like to hear that. I think as long as you have saturn in the mix it will help it to maintain longevity. And I was reading about you going thru a Saturn in the 7th house transit and how it's been a difficult time. I'm actually going to have the same transit the beginning of next year and I'm scared out of my mind. I've read a lot of bad stories about breakups but reading your post made me believe that it's possible to make it thru that Saturn transit, it won't be easy but if you can make it out of that transit together yall will be stronger than ever!

Wow! I especially appreciate your note about transformation. I understood depth and passion - and I second all of these sentiments, which I experience as "my stomach falling" But I never really chalked the feeling of transformation up to Pluto. You are so right.

The trine I experience is comp Venus (Virgo, 9th house) trine Pluto (Scorpio, 11th house) It's deep and warm and very effortlessly transforming.

I also experienced comp Venus sq Pluto before in a relationship, the chart of which I shared here, where the effect was felt as very annoying and unnerving obsession. I muuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuch prefer the trine.

Awww thank you! I do appreciate the supportive thoughts.

Honestly, Saturn transits are difficult to deal with but are very eye-opening. When you do go through it, just be honest to yourself. That's the best thing you can do. I have ended a lot of friendships that were toxic to me, even though I have known such people for years. Sometimes, there's things we gotta let go to move on. Just prepare yourself because your romantic relationships could be one of them.

Right now, I am just mentally preparing myself for the next year or two of this transit. Once you are honest with yourself, it's easier to accept things and nothing will phase you.

Okay I will definitely remain honest with myself and try to prepare myself for this Saturn transit coming. There's already a few people I been trying to slowly detach myself from so I'm pretty sure once Saturn come they will be gone completely. Also I have Pluto transiting my 7th house so I'm really scared in terms of my relationship but I'll try to stay strong
