I've been recently learning about house systems and aspecting planet rulers etc. so I'm still quite rusty -

I have a best friend who is a Scorpio married to a Sag and as soon as they got together they settled down and had a baby, previously both commitment phobs this was suprising. They have no moon/mars aspects but a lot of 4th/5th house overlays.

But Sag's 7th house ruler (Uranus) is in his 4th house, where Scorpio's stellium of Sun, Merc, Mars, Pluto and North Node fall and

Scorpios ruler (Also Uranus) falls in her 5th house, where Sag's Sun, Merc, Neptune fall

Could this also be significant in their getting togther? and also what is the technical term for this? The fact that their Stelliums fall in houses where there 7th house rulers resides ( not necessiarly aspecting )

Not sure there is a technical term?

Do you mean her descendant is also Aqua, as is his?

Given that the power of house placements is pretty solid, sounds to me like it's an influence. The were both resonated with each other as they had the same.

But of course there is more to it than just where the ruler of the 7H falls.

Location of 7th house ruler is very important, it draws potential partners right there in that house. I noticed this trend while looking at Ben Afleck synastries. None of his partners has any planets in his 7th house, which was strange to me - I looked at J.Lopes, J.Garner and the last one -the SNL writer. So none of their planets fell on his 7th or 5th house, but they had their Venues plus other planets falling in his 12th house, where his 7th house ruler is residing (Saturn). He sucked them in ln his 12th like a DirtDevil ( vacuum machine).
