Does anyone have any experience with what that feels like? I have this with a guy, and it's a double whammy, plus his sun conjuncts my moon.

We also have some more difficult synastry aspects, but I feel like the moon stuff creates a v warm foundation. (That being said, the less-easy aspects make it a very disorienting connection.)

here are the charts, for reference {first with him on the inside, then with me on the inside]:

thanks, SeaGoat! it feels lovely, like, on a very basic/foundational level we just *get* each other. (on less-basic/more-practical levels, not so much.)

but yeah, descendant conjunctions always throw me. I can never quite wrap my head around the concept.

That trine will carry the relationship far. Especially because Jupiter is involved. AND because that Jupiter is conjunct your Sun (very affirming) and close to your Venus. Also that his Jupiter is in his 7th House. Neptunes the other trine there. Makes it all a bit romantic.

But I see what you mean about the squares: his Moon, his Venus and your Mars.

What queries do you have? What type of relationship is it?

thanks, sassaqua!

he and I dated briefly a little over 7 years ago (but it felt very significant to me, took me a few years to fully get over, tbh). then he wasn't in my life for 7 years, and then he got back in touch with me in June. we've only seen each other in person once since then (around 2 weeks ago), but we've texted fairly frequently (at least conversation a week, since June).

now it's kind of nebulous. definitely not just a friendship, but we're both creative types (pursuing creative careers) who also work day jobs, so getting together can be difficult.

I just can't tell if there's any potential for something both substantial and long-term. He's sooooo air-heavy and hard to pin down, sometimes I don't know if it's that he's not that into me, or just not that into people (he's super in-his-own-world, especially when he's doing his art).

Does it seem like there is (potential)?
