I’m curious about when the dynamic of a composite or davison chart shows its “magic” ..

Is it already in action when two people meet? Or does it only work, when some kind of relationship is formed.. whether friendship, business, or romance.. and what about casual associations?

Another question: Do the aspects in a composite/davison all work at the same time, or only when activated by transit? And is it true that aspects from outer planets like Saturn, only show after a significant time has passed? If yes, how much time?
