I’ve been looking at composite charts of friends/family and have noticed in a few - KARMA being conjunct or opposite SUN in composite almost exact (especially opposite aspect). Does this imply a karmic relationship? Or any insight on this aspect?

I notice it is usually involved significantly, but I feel it indicates the nature of the karma in how it interacts with the charts. You would see it in composite, but also how it hits the individuals involved.

So karma conjunct/opposite Sun in composite to me is that the two of you have past karma to clear that will happen through the formation and identity of the relationship itself.

Another example, I currently have it in a composite conjunct Amor and trine Pluto and Union. This to me is our karma. We are meant to come together to work on this, and by being together it will actively support our personal transformations throughout. I think it will also be a powerful and loving relationship, one that changes our outlook and beliefs of relationships themselves.

does that make sense?

Thank you Stonemoon! Yes this does make sense. I guess I’m trying to figure out what each aspect it makes means. They are all squares and opposites so maybe not good Karma? Haha

To me, I think it's you and what you need on your life path. We attract what we need for growth, and this could mean what we need to clear from previous lives. It doesn't mean negative necessarily, but it is something we need to take care of.

Sometimes, going with the past life theory, we have indebted ourselves to another and we can return in another life to repay that debt, to help a loved one out, or to repay the kindness. So let's say you helped a soul in a previous life, you helped them get closer to their soul growth through deeds of love or kindness, they may return to do that for you now as a way of saying thank you. If we failed to learn a lesson that we set out to accomplish in a previous life, we may come together again to try once more.

In the first composite, it's opposite the Sun, sitting on 8 pisces. This opposition squares the composite Moon at 8 gemini. This is pretty intense karma if you ask me. The soul of the relationship is in Virgo, and wants to be this organized, logical, earth based union, but we have an analytical moon that doesn't want to stay grounded emotionally, and then further that we are tugged by this need to resolve something deeper and more spiritual, ethereal. There was nothing at Sag 7/8 to balance this, so it could become a push pull, very unstable energy. Now notice when you look at the other person's chart, 8 gemini is their NN. For you, it semi squares your chiron. This is how the lesson of being in that relationship would have served both of you. It helps the other person grow on their life path, and you as well, but specifically in regards to this area of old unresolved wounds. How did it end? Was it painful for you?

I'll look at the second one later, too!

Both charts are with co-workers. This first one specifically feels very karmic and a sense of familiarity but could be the VENUS on my IC? There was no ending it is still a co-worker relationship but I am trying to figure out what needs to be resolved with this karmic feeling and because there’s is a sense of meeting for a reason.

The second chart feels less karmic to me but I found it interesting that my sun is almost exactly conjunct his SN (less than a degree) with composite Karma opposite sun. This just sounds past-life related?

Thank you very much for this detailed explanation! You are right in the fact it does explain what relationship we do have being very grounded, even hard working - very Virgo like although there is an underlying component of spirituality/ emotional element.

so your chiron is 12th house cancer, opposite saturn. I feel like this is a tough one. Your need and ability to connect with this deeper emotional self is pretty restricted. Your sense of duty and responsibility to staying grounded is preventing you from really allowing yourself to get in touch with your spiritual self. Not from being spiritual, but maybe from truly accessing this emotional reserve. It is hidden from you in the 12th. And Saturn is not helping you either.

So this is interesting that it is a coworker situation, and continuing the theme of responsibility versus going deeper and out of the practical nature of things.

If you look at the synastry, everything about this person is supporting your struggle here. Their sun and moon in harmony with your chiron and saturn, This just looks to me like it is a reciprocal relationship. Reciprocal in the sense that you both will offer each other the needed growth, or at least opportunity for growth, to obtain these important life lessons.

And it may not end painfully at all. There is enough emotional distance, usually, in a coworker relationship that the effects may be more subtle. Like a teacher/student relationship, where they shift you in your thinking or being in deep ways that are subtle and understated at the same time.

Wow this is great Stonemoon. Bringing light to my Chiron and the difficulties. I knew Chiron in the 12th wasn’t an ideal placement but didn’t notice it opposite my Saturn. We also have Psyche conjunct Psyche close to his north node in Gemini which could help things? I feel it is a teacher/student or even friend relationship where we will learn things from each other like you said. Your thoughts on his sun/moon supporting my struggle with Chiron also makes sense because I get oddly emotional around him. Thank you!!!!
