I've experienced his Venus/Mercury/Saturn on my IC and I feel so comfortable, safe and protected whenever I'm with him and it makes me wanna protect him as well.

Yes, that is what I thought I made clear - their Sun was in 3H, 4deg conjunction, same sign -- Moon was not conj, same sign, in 4H.

The IC represents you, bare naked, feeling undesirable or desireable, vulnerable and in your raw state. It is often referred to as the midnight hour, when we are at are most relaxed state of mind.

If someone's mars or Uranus is activating that point in your chart, you may feel intrigued, desired and jolted into a energized state of mind, depending on your own current transits.

The point is to try and harness an understanding of the energy that is "penetrating" you with this person and how it affects you. We all learn from the interactions we have with someone. The opportunity to do so is there anyway.

If someone has their Mars or sun contacting your ic, whether it's from the third house conjunction or 4th, you should feel what that person is activating when they interact with you. So that intense energy is an opportunity for you to figure out why you feel the way you do! Are you horny with this person around, why? Are you subdued and shy with them around, why? Are you inspired,..you get the point. This is part of your core self and anyone who brings their energy to activate that angle is an opportunity for you to learn something about yourself.
