New relationship has been weird since Mercury Retrograde began, I'm trying to hang on and see if it goes back to normal once retrograde is over but its been really difficult.

When is retrograde over and will it ease off or Still be as bad when mercury goes direct and conjuncts Neptune. I'm being sick with stress.

Retrogrades are about re-assessing what is. Often what comes up are things we need to take an extra look at, especially with Mercury, as it rules our conscious mind. Neptune rules our deeper subconscious as well, so when these come together (especially during a retrograde) it's a good time to assess if what we are consciously after is really something that aligns with what we subconsciously want or need out of life.

When it comes to relationships, it's a good idea to really study it. Why are you in it? Is it easy and beneficial? Do you feel empowered as a person and like you mutually support one another? Do you encourage growth in each other or do you find yourself wanting someone to be a certain way, and become frustrated when they aren't? Or that they aren't growing or learning or behaving how you think is best for them? Are they doing any of these things to you?

It varies from person to person where the line lies of what is too far, what is unhelpful or toxic or what we feel we do really need. Some of us need a more intense type of encouragement or solidity to bounce off of. Retrogrades are a time to re-assess, re-learn, re-trace, re-understand, etcetera.

I think it depends also on how Mercury aspects your natal chart. In my case, it was a huge mess (transit mercury retrograde squared my natal Uranus) and yes, very stressful, so I hear you!

But I like very much what implosions said and I can definitely relate to it. For me, at the moment, things are getting much better since last week. I'm wondering whether the Mercury/Neptune conjunction is going to finally give a clearer awareness of the situation, even though during Mercury turning direct it might be still stressful.
