In composite, we've Gemini Asc with chart ruler in 1H conjunct Sun/Venus/Psyche, trine Moon/NN, sextile Mars, square Pluto. What's obvious is our intellectual connection and the need to talk to each other on various things... But I don't know what's the "purpose" of this?

I'm interested to know how others interpret their r/s purpose based on their chart ruler.

I see communication as a strong tie between us and that's how we first bonded. Mercury conjunct Venus, trine Moon/NN/Uranus - the depth & strength of our love & emotional connection is dependent on the nurturing of our communication. It gives a friendship feel but also like the parts needed for the machine to run. There's joy in sharing little info and discussing stuff together and that's where love blossomed. When we stopped talking like we used to I felt a huge void in the r/s.
