For example, if you have Moon trine Mars in your natal chart. And let's say your Moon falls into another persons house. Will the person be activating your Mars as well? Since it's in aspect to your Moon?

Houses are receptive. They don't make aspects. Planets carry energy and are always active, not houses.

In my chart I have Moon trine Mars and let's say my Moon falls in someones 4th house. Would my Mars also be trigged since it trines my Moon?
