Hi Bismarck,
I know you're good at interpreting minor aspects like bi/quintile, sesqui etc... can you tell me what it means to have Composite Neptune biquintile Venus?

Can't remember if I asked this before... 😛

I don't agree, but thanks for the compliment.

As for venus BQ neptune - if I had to guess, it's indicative of two people viewing eachother as ideal despite reality, but because it's a biquintile, you'll both be more forgiving of eachother's imperfections.

Thanks! People have described the bQ aspect as "talent, creativity, gifts..." and I'm wondering how this relates to Neptune-Venus. It also says this is a "fun" aspect. I also read that it's a mix of opposition/trine energies so is it like we're aware we idealise the r/s and have possible disappointments, yet we're able to accept each other's flaws and be forgiving (like you said)?

Yah, it's a mix, and that's what makes it fun. Sextiles and trines are usually boring, but add in a bit of challenge and it makes it fun.

The reason for this, and this should help you to figure out the natures of other aspects, is because quintiles are 72 degrees apart. 360 divided by 72 is 5, ergo quintiles and biquintiles contain the energy of the 5th house and leo.

The article doesn't mention biquintile. I supposed it's similar to quintile? In your exp, how strong are these minor aspects? We have a few bi/quintiles in our Composite so I'm curious... Problem is I'm not sure if I'm feeling them.

Venus biquintile Neptune
Venus quintile South Node
Moon biquintile Asc
Jupiter quintile Saturn

etc...

Hiya Hikaru,
I just wanted to add some input, so with my baby father we had a terrible synastry and composite. Everything’s pretty much squaring eachother! Only thing was all his planets sat in my 5th house pretty much, and mine in his 11th. The only positives we seemed to have which made us have a relationship in the first place, and decide to have a baby so early on was our quintiles/biquintiles.

In our synastry we have exact quintiles with sun/Jupiter Venus/Jupiter saturn/Jupiter ascendant/Jupiter.
All my Jupiter which falls in my 1st house! Which was conjunct his moon. Saturn quintile his moon also. The only real positive aspects we had in our synastry.

In our composite we have mars quintile Jupiter, saturn biquintile Jupiter, mars biquintile saturn, mars biquintile Neptune, Jupiter biquintile Neptune.

I believe it was these quintiles, biquintiles heavily aspecting Jupiter that lead us to believe in a “promise” of a true long term loving relationship. We were clearly utterly incompatible, yet there was this spark between us and a longing to have children together. I don’t trust these quintiles/biquintiles. They are like false hope lol. And also a real rush to develop something. We went on holiday together after 2 months of being in a relationship, by which point I was already pregnant with our planned baby 🙈 sooo our of character to take such a leap in faith with eachother. Although we had known eachother for years.

I think if you have other signs of true compatibility between your luminaries etc. Then these quintile energies will serve some “magic” to want to make something together, but if this is all that’s making aspects to what should be amazing I.e Neptune/Venus I believe it’s just a fairy tale.

So totally agree with Bismarck on this, having experienced a relationship which seemed very much based on the energy of the quintile/biquintiles.
We thought we had found our ideal but really it was just a promise and fantasy.
For a couple who have real chemistry and compatibility I think these aspects could help a couple “make things happen”.

Do you have a chart to post?

Quintiles and biquintiles are the same thing. They're just as powerful as major aspects.

What are the orbs on these aspects?

Venus biquintile Neptune - exact
Venus quintile South Node - 1°
Moon biquintile Asc - 1°
Jupiter quintile Saturn - exact

I saw someone said if you're not intuitive enough, you may not feel these aspects.

You're not going to feel them if they're above 1d. Composite Jupiter aspecting Saturn has to do with growth, restriction, and obligation. I'd say a quintile between those two is good for a relationship.
