If there is such a thing as meeting someone from a past life/ soulmate or fated meetings what would show that in synastry?

There is someone I work with I have never felt such a weird feeling before in my life. This is what caused me to get into and study astrology because my brain is trying to logically reason what the feeling is. Almost a sense of deep familiarity, maybe this person is just similar to me but I really don’t know what is going on. And can’t help but feel I need to resolve something or learn something from this. I feel stuck to this person and want to move on from this job. We have some Saturn contacts but I can’t imagine it causing this deep sense there is a reason for us meeting.

Look at your angles and how they're aspecting each other. Everyone talks about the vertex and south node and of course they're important for "fated" relationships but I've also found the draconic charts to show the deeper soulful connections you're talking about.

Thank you Dons2angelss! My south node/Venus almost exact conjunct my Asc. and their vertex conjunct that. We also have some other heavy aspects like their Saturn in my 8th house, their Venus conjunct my IC, I have a stellium of moon/Sun/Venus/ASC in their 8th house, we have Psyche conjunct Psyche and the weird part is my name asteroid in their chart almost exact to the minute conjunct my sun. My karma asteroid is conjunct their moon. Other aspects too with a lot of weird asteroid stuff going on. I will definitely check out draconic.

Check your draconic charts against your composite as well. I've found some interesting connections there, also, don't forget to look at the sun/moon midpoints and declinations. They can show some heavy connections but keep the orbs a degree or less in those.

Venus on the IC is pretty powerful but have you checked your draconic charts and compared them to your natal?

Here is the draconic synastry: (I am inside btw)

I notice their draconic Venus close to my natal Moon. My draconic Sun/moon conjunction close to their Natal Venus. Their draconic stellium falling in my natal 12th. My natal Saturn conjunct their Draconic Moon. Not sure what else there is. Is this what you mean by comparing natal and draconic?

Yep, the draconic chart is said to be the chart of the soul and what it wants to accomplish, the natal is what we're working with in our personalities and karma. Comparing these two in synastry can show deeper connections. That "fated" feeling. Have you looked up declinations too? And, you can look up a draconic composite and compare that to your draconic and natal charts and compare your natal composite to your draconic charts. It can get a little confusing so I usually take a screen shot of each draconic and natal synastry, then a shot of drac and natal composites so I can compare them a little easier.

His dr karma conjunct moon on my dr DSC (by 3 deg), and my dr karma conjunct his dr DSC (by 3 deg).

In our tropical composite we have karma exactly on our DSC. Very cool!
