I mean, if someone is a Cancer rising(draconic) and the other one is a Cancer sun(natal), same degrees, they could feel it like you feel your natal sun on others natal rising? I hope I had explain it well, haha.

Yes, draconic charts are known as the chart of the soul so anyone's draconic aspecting your natal would be felt just like their natal aspecting yours.

thanks for your reply! I have Libra rising on my draconic chart and the other day I was asking why I have a 'connection' with Aries of first decan and now that I know I have Libra rising 0°34'53" I think that can be the answer. What do you think?

That could be one reason. There are many aspects that go into attraction. Like what house and aspects your sun, moon, venus, and Mars are in. Also, look at your saturn and it's house to see what your "ideal" mate would be. Saturn plays a pretty big role in synastry.

I can't be 100% certain but I believe Draco-Natal synastry explains some of the crazy attractions I felt.

Our draco Junos and natal Suns conjunct (DW)
My draco Venus conjunct his natal Moon/Pluto/NN
His draco Jupiter conjunct my natal Moon
His draco S/M MP conjunct my natal Mars
My draco Chiron/Psyche conjunct his natal Venus/Saturn

And a cherry on top: our draco-natal name asteroids exactly conjunct at 18° Pisces
