Hey Todd! Was wondering if you could give me a quick opinion on this synastry and its potential. Outside TOB isn’t known but 95% sure they are Cancer rising. She’s on the inside, he’s outside. Maybe like what really stands out to you the most? Thanks so much for your time!

( I interpreted this as if it was you are involved rather than two others..oppps maybe?)

the overt ambience of the composite is very romantic, affection, supportive and idealistic.
Jupiter opposed to psyche and square to the mars/venus opposition adds a sense of potential commitment, especially with the sun trine to Jupiter.
with eros/psyche conjunct pallas, his affections brings out all you aspirations of expression and accomplishment. he seems to make you feel like a queen and capable of anything with him.
with juno conjunct to lilith,the feeling of a committed relationship seems natural and just emanated from the first time you met him.
with the sun/moon midpoint conjunct to eris,the spontaneous affection and attraction between you is the strongest you have experienced for quite a while .
every moment together is filled with excitement and attraction.these feelings are accentuated by a sense of destiny as the moon is on the vertex axis and the sun is square to the vertex.
the mercury/moon square shows endless conversation and exchanging of ideas and as the midpoint is conjunct to ceres the more you talk and get to know each other the deeper the feelings of support and nurturing become.
so much seems to point to a committed future , though you must not loss you head..yet.

the juno/Jupiter midpoint is square to Neptune which can be problematic as there may be undisclosed issues that will make the relationship difficult to consolidate.. Neptune is sextile to Saturn and sextile to the sun/mercury so any potential issues are not insolvable.

but there are clear indications that in spite of this, he may have deep hesitation about a serious relationship as pluto is conjunct to Saturn and square to orcus, and the midpoints of these symbols are conjunct to Lilith, which suggest that he might not have the same spontaneous feelings as you. do.
venus is septile to the moon which can add a spiritual sense to your emotions but it can also weaken the physical immediacy especially as the midpoint is opposed to Saturn. this aspect can indicate delays or rather the physical intimacy not binding the emotions as one would expect from the overall emotional attraction shown by the chart as a whole.

most striking is the Uranus/node conjunction opposed to the chiron/south node conjunction. currently the transiting node is approaching a square to eris and the mars/pluto midpoint and hence to a square to ceres, so I would think feelings would be very high for the immediate future.

the node will square the pluto/mars midpoint, you will have first hand experience of his..more reserved nature possibly.

What’s your take on his vesta Conjunct my Juno? Could that indicate/help in any potential for him being willing to commit to something fairly long term?

I don't use synastry much, but I did notice that the Eris/venus/ceres stellium is square to vesta which suggests that the affection/attraction might strengthen a potential commitment .
but I did not mention this possibility because the mars/Pluto midpoint is opposed to eris and so I felt the inherent "selfishness' would work against this square manifesting as accent on commitment long term.
