I know people say it's the 5th and 7th house. But I think the 4th house should also be considered. With my ex of 7 years, we had 4th house overlays. I tend to feel comfortable with people who I have 4th house overlays with.

Of course the 4th should be considered, it's home, I feel it should be as important as the 7th if I stick to the houses' meanings, so I'd agree with you. I did feel a lot, but mostly felt committed to people whose planets, especially stable ones like saturn, fell in my 4th house.

How did you feel having someones Saturn in your 4th house? I have this with someone but I haven't read much about it. I've always been curious about this though. It's their DSC ruler I don't know if it's significant or not. I figured that the personal planets were more so important.

I tend to think personal planets are more important too, though for example I think sun conjunct Venus is overrated, I've had it with absolutely every friend I've ever had and a LOT of these friendships turned sour and ended badly so while it is a comforting aspect, It doesn't warrant anything.

About Saturn in the 4th. He had Uranus, mars and Saturn in my 4th, we had other things of course, but he was a liar, a cheater, things I hate and that I actually saw (it's not as if I was mistaken, I knew what he was), yet I always felt "home" close to him, even though I never trusted him for the entire 5 years we had. The only reason I can find is that comforting and stable Saturn was in my natal and disturbed 4th house (I also have my Uranus there). My grand-mother also had her Saturn in my 4th and she was my emotional stability growing up.
We also had sun trine moon, but I think Saturn made me feel safe while sun-moon made me feel loved.

Their Uranus also falls in my 4th house. And in my natal chart, I have Saturn and Uranus in my 4th house. So I'm used to the energy but I think it feels different having someone's Saturn in your 4th house verses having your own their. But their Saturn also sextiles my Moon, trines my Mercury and squares my Venus.

With someone else My Sun, Mercury and Jupiter fall in their 4th house. And their Moon and Neptune fall in my 4th house. This person feels like family to me I really care and love them as though they were actually part of my family.

I often ask myself that. If someone has the same planets in your house as you do, isn't it a bit like a conjunction, you do feel the same, just a bit stronger?
Then I don't know, Uranus in the 4th in the natal can feel very different to people because it all depends on how supported you've been. It can feel a bit bohemian, but also be a terrible personality wound, so being used to that energy means for you, what if the other person brings the other side of it?
I imagine Saturn in the 4th could also feel stifling, like a prison. I usually take it the other way around, I start with how I feel and try to find what in the chart resonates with that instead of the other way around.

Here I'd be more "worried" about the square to venus, it can be quite brutal, but maybe the sextile to the moon helps a lot to soften this, as well as the mercury trine.

As for the other person, that's the mystery, imagine that their Uranus in your 4th would feel a bit disruptive but fun to you, do they even feel this? I don't really know the effect for the planet person, as far as house overlay is concerned. But if their Uranus is aspected by one of your other planets, then it most certainly must affect the way Uranus affects your house.

I don't know how I'd trust moon and Neptune together, it would certainly trigger a lot of deep love, but would it be real? Would it be about the person of what the person represents to you (including family)?

I have Venus square Saturn at 9 degrees in my chart. And the persons Saturn squares my Venus at 9 degrees as well. And their Uranus aspects my Venus. And I have Venus square Uranus in my chart. It's odd that it's like their planets aspects the same planets in my chart that are aspected. It's like a mirror I don't know what that means though. I have Sun and Moon square Pluto in my chart. And their Pluto squares my Sun and Moon in synastry. I don't know if it means that the person is supposed to teach me something about myself?

I share your questions but sadly have no answer to provide.
As far as the relationship goes it's also about what you can bring to the table and do for the person since it's highly unlikely this mirror thing is mutual. But on your side I don't know if it means that it confronts you to your chart from the outside of if it just means that this person has nothing to teach you that you couldn't learn all by yourself. ???
