We have venus square mars in our davison. Venus in Leo 2H Mars in scorpio 5H and when we argue it really affects how we feel about ourselves. It drags up both of our insecurities and puts them right in our faces. It's a huge learning experience but it definitely sucks when we can't see eye to eye.
It also causes different views about sex, or so we think. It's mainly mixed signals that we think the other is giving off but it's mostly assuming what the other is feeling and if we don't talk about it right then and there instead of assuming, that causes us to argue and resent each other. Communication is imperative with this aspect or you'll end up hurt and have no idea what went wrong.
Venus also sextile Saturn conjunct Pluto in libra 4H so there's a lot of glue holding us together and almost forcing us to find a compromise and better understanding of each other. IP: Logged |

Thank you for that! I can definitely see misunderstandings and mis-communication issues. What about the physical attraction part? Or would you say that would be more likely to show up in synastry as opposed to the composite?

We're attracted to each other but because of the square, it was hard to believe that we are. Does that make sense lol? I was really insecure that he wasn't attracted to me or that I was more attracted to him and it wouldn't necessarily cause arguments, but the fears of rejection stemming from that would cause us to behave differently toward each other. When we finally just talked about how we were feeling we realized we both had the same fear of rejection and were acting out on it, causing a lot of issues. You have to be very aware of yourself and be really comfortable in your own skin and this aspect will definitely make you aware of your own crap.
In synastry my venus trines his Mars that lands in my 8H and his venus conjuncts my Mars that lands in his 4H so we have some nicer aspects in synastry. IP: Logged |
