For those with Mars in 8th house overlay, how was your experience like and did you constantly burn with desire for that person? What other Mars aspects do you have in Synastry? Pls indicate if you're the Mars or house person. I'm the Mars person and I feel so lustful towards him, like a compulsion. I wanna kiss him, touch him and have sex with him EVERY SINGLE TIME I see him. Sometimes I try to control because I don't wanna appear so desperate but I feel like I've been possessed by a sex demon! He also says that he feels addicted to me... he even asked if I'd put a spell on him (lol). But he behaves more subdued, hiding his desire better (which I read is characteristic of the house person). Together our sexual experience is on quite a different level - deep, raw and intense. The best we've had. We're mutually addicted and it's insatiable. Mars square/quincunx Pluto DW However, I checked the Synastry with my ex and we also have quite a lot of Mars aspects but we don't have Mars in each other's 8th house. I also have strong sexual desire for him but not as compulsive as with my current guy so I believe the 8th house overlay added a strong dose here. IP: Logged |

Bf's Mars falls into my 8th = completely obsessed with him, sexually in thrall to him, intimacy is the best ever, I can never get enough, he is the height of male prowess to me, all that fun stuff. We have Mars sextile Mars in synastry My Mars falls into a former fwb's 8th house = lust at first sight. That naturally became the primary motivator in our interpersonal dynamic. With time it began to wane with me, he wasn't as good with sensuality as I wanted. Selfish in bed. But he has continued to be obsessed with me sexually since it's ended. His Venus falls into my 8th and there is more of an affection bond on my part for him. We have Mars square Mars in synastry So I think the 8th house person feels it more than the Mars person (at least just based on my experience and small sample size) Please don't quote IP: Logged |

@athenaia,Thanks for sharing your experience! How long have you been with your bf? I just wanna know if this desire fades over time or it's dependent on other aspects, e.g. you have Mars sextile Mars with your bf but Mars square Mars with your FwB. The square will make your sexual styles different. It's interesting your experience is that the house person feels more because as Mars I always feel that my lust for him is stronger and more obvious. How do you experience your bf as Mars? Do you feel that Mars takes the lead in introducing new sexual/intimacy experience? IP: Logged |

No..the person that we constantly burn for desire we have his Mars conjunct my AC and my Neptune exact at the Galactic Center near my AC. His Mars conjunct Valentine on my Neptune squares my Sun opposite Moon forming a tsquare. My Venus conjunct Mars fall on his 12H. In composite we have mars conjunct pluto exact on the 12th with sun and valentine also conjunct tightly. His DC ruler is Neptune.Can you post your composite with him? IP: Logged |

Hey Hikaru! Sorry I'm just now seeing this. To answer your questions: (1) I've known my bf for 15 years but we've been in a relationship the past 3 years Going with that (his Mars in my 8th), no it does not seem to fade with time at all, only gets better. The worst it ever gets is "routine", but even that is still an incredible, exalted experience. This is how I feel as the House person, as the Mars person for him I do feel as if we're on the same page. (2) How do I experience my bf as Mars? Hmmm I would say that I see him as my personal Dionysus, someone who is the piped piper of pleasure and who introduces so much wonderful debauchery into my life. I'm also pretty obsessed with who he is as a person, and how he came to be this way (through his early life and first experiences). He is older than me so he was way more sexually experienced than I was. I used to be a total prude who didn't care for carnal pleasures at all until I met him (3) Yes, the square with my fwb definitely meant we had different sexual styles! His Mars falls into my 8H and yes, I am very attracted to him. Like I haven't been to anyone else. This is the first time I've ever felt sexual attraction to another person too. I actually identified as asexual before we met but, it's not reciprocated. My venus is on his Midheaven/chiron and my saturn on his IC with my Mars in his 4H loosely conjunct his venus/uranus conjuction. He doesn't feel the same attraction that I do. yes. i'm the mars person with my bf, and my mars sextiles his Venus, and his mars quintiles my venus, conjuncts my Neptune and Uranus, squares my moon. his jupiter is in my 8th and i feel like i'd never experienced true intimacy before him. and i've had a LOT of experience ^_^ but yeah lust monster i definitely have a higher sex drive, which is torture for me cuz he's soo good at sex lol i'm always turned on around him IP: Logged |
