my first impression is that she feels this could turn into a serious relationship.

but the aspects down really substantiate her hopes.

first off the sun/moon midpoint is conjunct to Saturn/Uranus midpoint which is extremely unstable and shows him to be hesitant t the least and simply not ready for anything exclusive with her.

with Venus conjunct Jupiter and sextile to mars,there is definitely a very loving,enjoyable and happy chemistry when they are together.

eris is conjunct to the vertex which also will reinforce her attraction because this is a extremely sexual aspect.but the sexual attraction of eris is not really focus on building an intimate emotional relationship, rather eris shows a hearty party attitude toward sex.
eris and the vertex are virtually exactly conjunct which is going to cause her more pain because this aspect gives a "soulmate " feeling.it seems that Lilith is very close by but you used the mean Lilith and not true Lilith(h13) so the following insight may not be valid.. but anyway with Lilith and the ascendant involved,there is no doubt that she feels there is something otherworldly about this relationship, something she has never felt before etc... but the vertex energy is very difficult to translate to a normal relationship for the same fact that the energies of the vertex are almost paranormal and not suited to a earthly human relationship. the uniqueness and intensity of the vertex does not usually stay when routine compromises of a real relationship begin.

to make this even more "tragic" emotionally, the venus/juno and Jupiter/juno midpoints are conjunct the vertex and eris. so everything is pointing to a passionate sexual love affair that destined to end in commitment and marriage.

his actions may be reinforcing these feelings
but Saturn is conjunct to Neptune and square the ascendant which shows that he is extremely complicated but also deceptive, maybe not consciously but he is very private and does not usually give his real feelings about anything or anyone.

my feelings are that the sexual attraction has swept him away too, but not to the degree that he will on fact commit to her.

the transiting node is square to the eris/vertex conjunction rigyht now which suggest this is a very new or at least the sexual aspect has just recently broken out.
