Hi!!I have it natally and I also experienced it twice with 2 of my former managers, in different work places and also with a friend of mine. (Their Mars was conjunct my DC in Leo, inside my 7th and too far to conjunct my Mars which is also in Leo).
What I found online though is that when another person’s Mars conjuncts your DC, the Mars person can be very judgmental towards you, and constantly complain or make sarcastic jokes on how you do things and how you interact with other people.

I find this to be very accurate when it comes to the negative aspect.
When it’s positive though (Ex. With my friend) it means that you have similar way of doing things and the way we interact with other people in general is very similar. This is also very accurate to me!
