from the synastry, it seems there's strong emotional attraction and you're sexually drawn to each other. Both people might feel there's a strong purpose in the relationship, and can inspire each other in common plans, ideas or share a creative/intellectual activity... something is preventing a stability here though. There might be subconscious issues playing against each different sensitiveness. or, there might be physical distance arising issues and insecurity. There is a feeling of a fated connection though. The blue person looks more independent, the red one might struggle more in finding stability in the relationship, even though there are conflicting aspects since the Venus and Juno placements suggest a potential bond or that within the committment there might be an on-off pattern. They might actually be left unsatisfied in this situation, but it seems they need to look more at the positive, exciting aspects of the connection.

I think the block is cause of the blue saturn square to the Venus/Uranus conjunction, this blocks the potential energy between you two. venus/uranus is mainly about instant attraction, it can be short lived but not necessarily, it might also show that you are potentially able to keep the relationship on free basis, long distance, in a non traditional way and so on. You might post a Composite chart to give a further look, if you like.

This is very intense... it seems that you both feel a powerful potential bond, you (the red one?) can be very motivated to commit in a long term relationship with this person, he also has a spontaneous feeling of intimacy but he might have a chronic "self questioning" attitude and insecurity about relationship matters and he's less available for committment in general, he's very independent. You might have a strong life purpose while he's not so sure of his own direction and might struggle more in achieving his goals... he likely needs to focus and dedicate himself in a disciplinate way to constantly confirm his identity, this might be an intellectual or creative work, maybe not so stable as a profession, but that he needs to devote to... on the other side, this might lead him to be emotionally detached sometimes...
