My bf's north node is exactly conjunct my dejanira. Considering this asteroid is the victim asteroid, would that mean I'm going to be a "victim" of this relationship? Or the other way around? The conjunction falls into my 3H, his 12H.

You would be the victim.
This alone does not mean HE will abuse you. That would have to be seen elsewhere. You will bring that side of you to the relationship.

Yea,every person has every asteroid. It is just ACTIVATED differently in synasty so with him you are the victim. This does not say anything particular about you!

I have my Dejanira conjunct the Venus of the guy I like. I heard that Dejanira will play the victim. So in this case you might be a victim in the relationship. I haven't experienced it but that is what I've heard. If you have any experiences please tell me how it went because Im scared to get in a relationship because with the guy I like lol it doesn't help that my Nessus conjuncts his Sun 🥶
