Those are very romantic and attractive placements. My guy's Moon is in my 5th and my Moon is in his 1st. I cannot guarantee that the 5th overlay will definitely incite romantic feelings but if such feelings are involved, this overlay will heighten it. We love spending time together and we're very playful like young lovers... smiling, laughing, teasing each other all the time. A lot of touching as well, especially from me. Moon in 5th overlay can bring up feelings of wanting to have kids together and that's true with us.

Moon in partner's 1st, especially conjunct the ASC, is a very comfortable placement. You feel at home with each other and you're very aware of one another's feelings. The house/ASC person is especially aware of the Moon person's feelings, sometimes I'd wish he's not so sensitive to my moods but there's no hiding them. IME if the Moon person gets hostile, the angle person will be greatly upset... they'll feel very unsettled until the Moon person is cool again. My friend's ASC also conjunct her ex-boyfriend's Moon in 1st and she behaves the same way.
