Okay i can try. out of these aspects you mentioned are there any harsh aspects in the composite/progressed composite chart or synastry chart that you, him or both of you dont have natally?

what about the progressed composite and the connections there? maybe theres certain planets transiting and affecting different aspects including aspects to asteroids not only in the composite and synastry, but progressed composite and progressed synastry

also, you could check the composite 6th house and ruler of the 6th house to see how to resolve this issue. i read somewhere that in a composite the 6th house shows how couples work through their issues together

he could also be going through certain transits of his own, including his progressed chart
