The Saturn person will try to bring structure in your life.
I have always seen the Saturn person like some sort of older brother/sister that is trying hard to make you do better in life. Not a romantic placement but kind of sweet, because I always felt like they (Saturn people) wanted to take care of me, helping me out with my grades or at work.

The problem is when you don’t follow their advices. Saturn doesn’t like when you don’t listen to him and “follow his rules”. Inside his head he know what’s better for you.
The Saturn person could be harsh with you but for a good reason.

Overall I think it’s a positive placement and if it’s not, it might be because the Saturn person will literally treat you like a child who needs to grow up.
