I’m not sure I feel strongly about one but I think so far Capricorn Mars is my favorite. It trines my Taurus Mars and just feels right 🤷🏼‍♀️.

You could say that I aim to please: technically, energetically, emotionally, and holistically.

I happen to find Venus Mars oppositions (even if not in aspect) very intense sexual attraction wise, whether their Pisces Venus is opposed my Virgo Mars, or my Aqua Venus is opposed their Leo Mars. These are especially intense for my chart, because usually the Pisces Venus falls near or in my 8th or their Leo Mars is usually near my Ascendant or in my 1st.

I had a double Venus Mars opposition under all the above conditions with one person, and with her Mars ruling her Sun, Moon, and 8th House. Felt like a super charged magnet around her. Thankfully did not have sex with her, but boy the urge to merge was ridiculously powerful. I´m usually kind of passive and shy when it comes to romantic situations, and our connection brought out my Leo Rising side like crazy.

A close 2nd is Moon opposite Mars. Close 3rd and 4th are the conjunction/same Sign versions of the two above aspects.

Now for women, Mars R is usually the total opposite! These women tend to take more initiative and prefer to be in the pursuer role, doesn’t matter the sign. They usually have high libidos and can be quite kinky. If they’re straight, they usually have different or unconventional views on masculinity and have an interesting “type”, that’s not the norm. Like preferring short, effeminate, bi-sexual, skinny/non-muscular or just very passive type of men. Basically, when you think of what makes a man a man traditionally, these women usually like the opposite. & then they themselves usually embody and act out the masculine.

Mars in fixed signs, especially Taurus, Scorpio and Leo tend to have a lot of stamina.
Aspects are important though too! And house placement. Make sure you take everything into account.
Mars in hard aspects to Saturn and/or Pluto will really help with the stamina part for a guy.
Mars in hard aspect to SATURN, is usually into bdsm or rough/punishing type of sex. Either doing it or being the receiver, sometimes both. Also, if you have someone’s Saturn in hard aspect to your mars or vice versa; you’ll probably want to engage in this type of sex with them even if you’re usually not or haven’t been Into it before. You’ll trigger/bring this out in each other. So don’t be surprised if you end up in a relationship with DW hard aspect mars-Saturn and end up getting kinky 🤪😜.
Mars in Gemini/3rd house or aspecting mercury really likes dirty talk.
Mars in libra usually likes anal for the women. (Libra rules the butt)
Mars in pisces, 12th house or aspecting Neptune can be into feet (pisces rules the feet).

Mars in Leo and Mars in Saggy is very playful, they like to tease and be lighthearted/laugh or be silly. Sex is usually fun with them.

I’ve never had a Scorpio mars though and am waiting for one that opposes my mars and squares my moon 😄. I have a natal moon square mars so have the feeling that placement might be best for me.

I won't comment on all the associated cliches about if but, I am a Scorpio mars and while I never felt too strongly about it either, I have lately been thinking only mars in Scorpio can pair mars in Scorpio well. Mars in Scorpio men I otherwise feel for make me feel home in ways others don't and that opens secret doors to levels of trust that promise and deliver wonders. It also goes nicely with my moon. Speaking of, my most intense loves were with Taurus moon men, which makes sense, with my mars, my moon, my sun... 😊🤣

For me - fire/air Venus/Mars like me are usually fun initially. I do like to get swept away by passion and these placements are perfect for a spur of the moment passionate encounter, but as far as real, satisfying and rock-my-body sex, I gotta say I love a watery Venus/Mars. Never had sex with an earth Venus or Mars, so can't comment.

My ex and I had opposing Venus AND opposing Mars and the sex was just ok (Him = 3H Virgo Sun (conj my Moon), 9H 29degree Pisces Moon square Neptune (opp my Moon), 3H Libra Venus square Neptune (opp my Aries Venus), 5H Sag Mars (opp my Mars) conj Uranus and his Venus/Mars inconjunct his Scorpio Saturn).

But it’s funny you mentioned sensitive. That’s always a big theme I’ve noticed. My little brother has mars in pisces too and he’s always saying how sensitive his feet are. But I think that might be why it’s more common for mars in pisces to have a foot fetish, because maybe your guys nerves are more sensitive etc., and in some cases that might translate to arousal or well in the bedroom idk lol. But would make sense.

I’ve known 5 mars in pisces, 2 were into feet. So def not a rule of thumb.
