Topic: Stoika and everyone else - Synastry for working relationship?

Hope everyone is very well!I'd like to ask for everyone's opinion for the chart shared below, this is someone very accomplished in their field that I am beginning work with. I will have limited contact with them - but I love and have the utmost respect for their work and legacy, and already love collaborating with their team. This work is going to be within the realm of art and culture. I have such a good feeling about all of this - that this particular experience could bring a breakthrough or constitute a culmination of past few year's work. I like everything I see but perhaps I'm overreading as I am in need of the things I mentioned above. Is it well-founded? I thought synastry would work better considering the limited time of acquaintance so far. Will post composite as well if you like. Looking forward to hearing all you think.

This is the composite... although I will have somewhat limited time with them personally, I am going to be completely submerged in their life's work, contribute to it. I can't help but kind of loooove the composite. I wonder whether this would still activate a composite? Yes darling, this looks like a significant experience for you in terms of advancement and learning, especially enriching you at intellectual level but it seems also at social and professional level... it might be temporary though.
It seems you might impress this person or she might appreciate your work a lot or you can have an exellent exchange at the least...
There are a few challenges at the beginning and ups and downs as you might have some fears and insecurity, but it seems you will have support... by the end of november you might gain exciting feelings about the good developments and also a better communication/exchange with this person or the work team, this seems to establish well at least until January, but already in early december you might see the good outcomes of your efforts as you might get recognitions or see the good outcomes even though it went through some stressful moments, especially for you at the end of november.Is there anything specific aspect you want to to look for ? The Kite in the Composite seems to point out that this might be a test for you and your insecurity about your professional future and it will demand a lot of dedication and assertiveness from you. It also seems that this wont take you to a "personal" success, i.e. some of your more personal expectations might not take you to a clear personal advancement but it looks more like a new experience and learning.
