Topic: Composite 5th lord squaring saturn. No children?

What does it mean when your 5th ruler in your composite with someone is squaring Saturn. In my composite with someone, pluto is my 5th ruler, and the secondary ruler mars is in the 12th. Pluto squares saturn. Does this mean no children in the relationship? IP: Logged |

It's a common misunderstanding that Saturn forebids children. In fact, it's just children after 30. Other core personal indicators should be considered ------------------

I was trying to figure out in my chart why I didn't have children. I remember telling my family from 18 that I will never marry and have kids. My cousin insisted I would marry and have 5 kids!!They believed me when they stopped asking me if I had met anyone yet once I got to 35. I was also on and off with the idea of having a child. I feel as though I dodged a massive bullet by choosing not to have kids. I have an empty 5H.. But it was this link that states 40 degrees from ASC is a big factor of childless women. I have the aspect in my natal chart.

No I don't want children anymore.I did but at 38 I knew it would never happen.Plus I'm way too old now and enjoy my alone time to deal with a child. IP: Logged |

IMO the ability to have children is based on too many external factors to pin on astrology. Your own fertility being the biggest one of course, or your combined fertility with your partner. Some people just can't have children, which is often medically explained. Age also plays a factor of course - your odds of conceiving do drop as you age although many people do have children successfully in their late 30s/early 40s. It could also just be your situation in life...some people do not find an adequate partner in time to start a family with and must make do without children. Saturn in 5th spelling "no children" is a huge misconception. My girlfriend has this, and she's pregnant with her second. My 5th house is empty (Saturn co-ruled) and I am pregnant with my first. My husband and I's composite Saturn in the 5th to boot. So...I can tell you from personal experience this has very little merit. IP: Logged |
