Since you don’t have his TOB, I can’t give a totally accurate or in depth analysis. A big chunk of the puzzle is missing. I can’t tell you if he’s interested or has feelings for you or not etc. But I can tell you a bit about the basic dynamics together and potential issues or positives you’ll have together

So first glance; I think fun, easy/open communication is a highlight and the main draw of this relationship. You probably love talking to each other and have enjoyable conversations. But this synastry also screams friendship to me, and that is my professional opinion, I would highly suggest keeping this relationship on the platonic level and I’ll explain why.

Mercury conjunct jupiter, mercury square Jupiter, mercury trine by sign (same element), mercury trine moon, mercury sextile mars, mercury sextile Venus. Inside person’s mercury is very happy; it’s completely un-afflicted making no harsh aspects, and quite the opposite with a ton of positive ones. This is why I think you love talking to him and the communication is great.

Now, what I don’t like is the square moons, by element/sign. They might even be in an actual square depending on his TOB which is worse. Having compatible moons is super important if this is romantic and you’re wanting something serious and long-term. Moons square like this shows that you two are very different and these differences will crop up the longer you know each other and the more intimate you become. After awhile, it will become alienating. Lots of irritation/annoyance/frustration, hurt feelings, and feeling misunderstood on both ends is common with moon square moon.
Now, their mars also squares your moon, this square is in cancer and Aries nonetheless. Yikes. This is a huge red flag for me. Mars in Aries is extra abrasive and insensitive, and your moon in cancer is hyper sensitive. The signs are just going to amplify the intrinsic nature and dynamic of moon square mars even more. Basically, mars (him) is going to hurt your feelings A LOT! Even if by accident. And since his moon is in libra, it’s more than likely going to be unintentional. But combined with his moon square yours, PLUS his mercury square your moon, he’s just not at ALL going to understand why or how you react the way you do or your feelings. This is going to cause a lot of frustration between you two and definitely drive a wedge sooner or later.
Your suns are also square, in aspect too forsure regardless of TOB. This square suns and square moons tells me you’re entirely incompatible on a basic level. I don’t see this amounting to much or lasting very long if you do get into a relationship. It’s as simple as a glaring incompatibility issue.

His Saturn is opposite your sun. His mars conjunct your Saturn. Your Saturn opposite his moon. I don’t like these aspects either. You will both criticize each other (even if just internally and keeping it to yourself) and be disapproving of aspects of each other’s personality. These aspects also will cause you both to feel restricted, hindered, insecure, repressed and/or held back around each other like you can’t be yourself or have freedom of expression. Saturn is a wet blanket and quite harsh, cold, and critical when in hard aspect to planets. It’s very unappealing and will zap the romance, fun, pleasure or any warm feelings out of a relationship without other strong positive mitigating aspects to counteract this. Unfortunately, this synastry doesn’t have it.

The mutual moon conjunct Chiron is interesting. I had this with an ex, and it was incredibly painful, borderline traumatic how much emotional turmoil I went though, which is something Chiron is known for. But I’m still not too sure exactly what it means, hopefully Stoika can give her thoughts, I’d love to hear since she seems to enjoy working with Chiron and probably can give you a more in depth description since I only really started getting into Chiron a couple years ago and still haven’t found a predictable way Chiron manifests, so I don’t feel as confident talking about it. But from what I do known, I think it’s one of those aspects that is a mixed bag, both positive and negative.

there is an outgoing trait, good conversations, and you seem to be attracted/intrigued by this person, there might be also a big drive and excitiment cause of shared interests and ideas... also, some sexual sparks are possible. But there seems to be emotionally distance though with the NN/Mercury square Moon and the Saturn/Mars opposite Moon, and it looks like a short living affair romantically with the Uranus oppositions. This might also be a long distance connection as well or someone resurfacing from the past.

Hello Stoika! Thank you for replying.

I knew of him almost 3 years ago. I didn't know him personally, but I just knew people who knew him so I was quite familiar with his name. (do I make sense?)

And few months ago when I changed work, I ended up meeting him at my work place. And we've been talking ever since.

I can feel he is interested in me, I enjoy talking to him a lot as Luna and you pointed that out. He's very smart. And so Gemini of me to like "smart" men.
But I personally prefer to keep it friendly/professional. As I don't want to have my romantic partner working at the same place as me. It feels weird to me. I like some space. I prefer to keep my work place just for me and professional encounters.

I posted our charts because lately he've been trying to stick by my side a lot. He invites me to have coffee, lunch.... with him. And he's been acting quite defensive? I don't know if it's the right word. Because there is this other man (at work too) that keeps staring at me wherevee I go. Even when I'm having lunch, or in a work meeting I find him gazing at me always. And he noticed it and he started to act quite strange.

And I find the whole situation strange because the man that keeps gazing at me is married. So I....??????
