Usually I consider the signs being incompatible if the aspect is not out of sign, although less intense than a more exact orb.IP: Logged |

And so what if it’s an out of sign moon sq moon aspect at say 9 degrees? E.g Virgo moon 1 degree square scorpio moon 22 degrees? IP: Logged |

I wouldn’t consider it. The signs are also compatible. In astro.com you can choose the orb which can clear the wider aspects from the chart. Also, there are other aspects that may fall in such degrees? I don’t know, but there are other “minor” aspects with different degrees and a main aspect with too wide degree may actually be one of the minors. IP: Logged |
