Hi MMarie, thank you for asking my take!
This is someone you had to get close to for a limited time, the South Node in 12th suggests a past life connection, north node is in Aries, 6th house, so the karmic purpose here was for your own self development and what you experienced with this person will be helpful for you in the future. External factors though, mainly linked to professional reasons with Jupiter square Pluto, are going to physically separate you two, and I am afraid you will somehow lose touch with time cause Saturn is quincunx to Jupiter and Mercury... I believe you will mainly stay in contact via virtual tools such as emails, online chat/text and so on... Yes it seems you nurtured a very affectionate friendship showned by the Kite with Moon/Ceres, Pluto, Saturn and Neptune, these aspects involving especially the Moon Neptune opposition also point to some kind of "spiritual" growth, and this feeling will stay between you two, beyond time and space. Uranus quincunx Moon/Ceres and square to Saturn is strongly divisive though, so this is why I think you might lose contact or rarely see each other in the future, or your communication wont always be there anymore, with on-off periods... Yes I can see the lovely bond you established, Neptune is a glue for either your similar sensitiveness and values and also for creative/work mutual appreciation/chemistry, and with Jupiter in 9th house trine to Uranus in 1st house it shows you "learnt" new things through this connection, then the nodes on the ASC/DSC axis is what gives your psychic/telepathic link. Pluto conjunct ASC, sextile Neptune and opposite Vertex might suggest also the esoteric, otherworldly and spiritual interest about astrology etc.
Even if you might lose touch with time, I dont think you will completely lose this person, they might still be there somehow for you or show up later in your life, but it's definitely not going to be so close like it was before...

The Pluto/SN midpoint is trine to Psyche and Vertex/NN md sextile to it, so this is a strong psychic connection and it should be mutual, even though Pluto and the 8th house show it all comes at subconscious level so you both actually might not be completely aware of how the other feels about it, but it is certainly felt by both of you.
