I've read about sun/moon midpoint being important and being an indicator of a long lasting relationship that can lead to marriage. Does anyone know this to be true? And my partners moon squares my sun/moon midpoint... what would that mean? His sun also opposes moon so is there a strong possibility of marriage?IP: Logged |

Personally I have this with my significant other my moon at 0’28 Gemini is square his sun/moon midpoint at 0’38 Pisces. This aspect happens with my moon that is posited in his 7th house so not sure if that makes it feel more significant. But I asked him once why he felt such a connection with me and his explanation was this....”when I’m with you I feel like I’m home, like all the missing pieces in myself are filled by you and I can just be myself”. I think that in synastry when there is a hard aspect to someone’s sun/moon midpoint it activates that perfect union of their mind and soul within themselves. Other times it’s dormant. That’s my take on it anyway.IP: Logged |

Omg you described it so perfectly. My boyfriend's moon squares my sun-moon midpoint exact and I feel the exact way your significant other described it as. Especially when I'm at his house, I feel so at peace next to him like I belong there. I always felt like he will be my husband since the first time we met.. don't know why but it's very powerful.

How do you see if it’s square? For example I know how to see the sun/moon midpoint by counting to the middle.. the planets that conjunct/oppose this point are pretty easy to see, the squares not so.. without further manual calculation. Is there a faster way to see all midpoint aspects on Astro.com?To that aspect.. I know a couple who have moon opposite sun/moon midpoint in synastry, they moved in together pretty fast and so far maintain a relationship despite all odds. Her sun is conj his SN. This adds to the comfort. IP: Logged |
