That's correct, but the Descendant angularity of the Saturn-Neptune conjunction is a function of the Cancer Ascendants. That's what impressed me so.

I disregarded the angles & houses since you don't know his ToB but it would reveal so much more. Guessing the ASC (esp if you don't even have an inkling roughly what time they were born) can really throw you off.

Based on info you've provided, your synastry does show a connection (Moon-Moon trine, Venus-Venus / Sun-Mercury / Sun-NN conjunctions). His Aries planets are also matching your Juno. I didn't look in-depth since his angles/houses are not accurate.
