I was wondering if anyone could look at the composite and offer insights? i really like this lady, we work together all day (I am an acupuncturist and she is the clinics assistant, so we are VERY close proximity all day every day).

Pluto is conjunct the south node and opposed eris,pholou,ceres and Eris at the north node.
Pluto/south node can symbolize a past life connection.so the familiarity may be from a previous experience together.
But on the earth/psychological plane,Pluto is often extremely selfish and controlling.unable to compromise with the partner an bring estrangement.
