What chart would we look at for a couple moving away / starting a new life together ? (aside from Astrocartography about a suitable place)And what about “a good time” to go ?

Based on what period they have in mind - I would look at both the solar return chart of person 1 and person 2 for this year, next year, 2nd year etc.
To see if there are any significant positions in the 9th,7th/whilst looking at transits too. Transits to composite i guess, also My mom is an astrologer. One client asked if it's a good time to divorce (so she had a specific period in mind, this year)- and so my mother checked her solar return for this year whilst looking at the transits.
